Oil prices are down slightly after rising the previous day

Oil prices rose yesterday after the official confirmation of Iran's participation in the negotiations of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC). Earlier, Iraq confirmed its intention to participate in the September meeting of oil producers in Algeria.

Following the auction August 25 the price of the October contract for Brent crude on the ICE exchange in London rose by $ 0.62 (1.3%) - up to $ 49.67.

October futures for WTI on the New York Mercantile Exchange NYMEX rose by $ 0.56 (1.2%) and amounted to $ 47.33 per barrel.

Today black gold slightly cheaper.

The price of the October contract for Brent crude to 7:31 MSK fell by $ 0.17 (0.3%) - up to $ 49.50 per barrel.

Quotation with delivery futures for WTI oil fell in October by $ 0.09 (0.2%) - up to $ 47.24 per barrel.
