Tipu Stochastic

Tipu Stochastic

Tipu Stochastic - a modified version of the original stochastic oscillator, published by MetaQuotes here.

Features

  • Three types of signal (U-turns, the primary signal crossing intersection perekuplennosti / pereprodannosti).

  • Customizable alert signals to buy / sell, push-notifications via email alerts and pop-up message on the screen.

  • Notes overbought and oversold levels.

Add Tipu Panel (located here) and unlock additional features:

  • Easy-to-use panel that shows the trend + signal selected timeframes.

  • Stochastic displays values at selected timeframes.

  • Customizable toolbar. The panel can be placed anywhere on the chart and collapse to make room.

Stochastic Oscillator was developed by George C. Lane in the 1950s. This is a momentum indicator that compares the closing price of the tool relative to its price range (maximum - minimum) for a period of time. Dzhordzh Leyn argued that the stochastic oscillator should not be the price, volume or anything like that. It works on the basis of speed or pulse rates. As a rule, the momentum changes its direction before the price.

Instructions for use

Stochastic oscillator goes up, when the closing price is in the upper range (i.e., the closing price is near the maximum of this period). If a strong market trend Stochastic may remain in perekuplennosti / pereprodannosti for a long period of time. Vending signal may be generated when Stochastic crosses overbought / resale. It may also appear when the main line changes direction and begins to move in the opposite direction. Stochastic may also be used to signal discrepancies. The divergence (divergence) occurs when Stochastic directional movement is not confirmed price action. For example, bull divergence occurs when a pair of fixed lower EURUSD minimum, Stochastics and generates higher minimum. This means that EURUSD loses momentum and can bovine correction.

Intersections Stochastic also give ble trading signals when used with fluctuations in the trend line, the formation of the spark, support and resistance levels.

Calculation

% K = (CLOSE-LOW (% K)) / (HIGH (% K) -LOW (% K)) * 100

% D = SMA (% K, N)
