The structure of "Rossetti" board of directors consists of 15 people.

"Rossetti" - the largest Electric Grid Company of Russia unites 70% of distribution and more than 90% of the main power grid assets of the state. In "Rosset" management are 37 subsidiaries and affiliated companies, including 14 inter-regional and "FGC UES". The State, represented by the Federal Property Agency owns 87.9% of the share capital of "Rossetti".
